Since my first post I am hoping some of you have been for a pedicure or for something to pamper yourself. We all have a set of worries don’t we. It’s all about taking good care too.

A balanced diet lots of water and light exercises should do you good. Please do not believe not eating is the way to loosing weight.

There are so many fun ways to keep fit nowadays. There has always been Aerobics, Yoga, and Pilates etc. Have you considered Zumba? It’s so much fun if you love music and love to dance. Don’t think you can’t dance and all will notice that. NO. There will be many others who think like you and let me tell you when doing a Zumba session no one cares to look at each other as everyone is just having a good time and trying to keep up. Try it, am sure most places give you 1 free trial. Write in to me if you’d like me to suggest places to you. I do know a few qualified and very good Zumba instructors.

Yoga, Aerobics and Pilates are good too. It is nice to join in on one of them or something else that is available to you and does you good.

My teen readers on here should take care of themselves too. Do it by being kind to your skin and hair, eating healthy and right. Teens is the age to start eating right and eating well, you need tons of that energy for all those hectic days and extra curricular activities. Make sure you choose fresh coconut water or a fresh juice over an aerated drink, a fruit or a handful of nuts over a pizza or a burger. A balanced meal at home or if outside. You can alternate surely. How many of us like that weekly oiling of hair? 😉  This topic we shall discuss in the next addition.

The better you care for your self today the better you will feel for longer. This is for one and all.
